Change in the USI Contact Centre operating hours

Effective from Monday 17 February 2025.

Please be advised that the USI Contact Centre operating hours are changing.

Effective Monday 17 February 2025, the new hours are:

Monday – Friday: 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM Australian Central Daylight Time (ACDT).

Our phone number remains unchanged. We can be contacted on 1300 857 536 (inside Australia) or +61 2 6218 0994 (outside Australia).
