We follow the Student Identifiers Act 2014 and the Privacy Act 1988 to protect your privacy.
We also protect your privacy by:
- getting account holder consent, or authorisation under law, to collect Unique Student Identifier (USI) data
- retaining only minimal, necessary personal information on our systems
- providing students with full control access to their USI account.
Creating a USI requires your personal information:
- name
- date and place of birth
- gender
- contact details
- a form of identification.
This information confirms your identity and ensures your USI is unique.

- to access and correct personal information
- to make a breach of privacy complaint
- privacy complaints are handled.
