USI VET transcripts

Your USI vocational education and training (VET) transcript has all your completed nationally recognised training since 1 January 2015.

You can use a VET transcript to backup or prove education qualifications you've received. It's a free, government authenticated transcript for all USI account holders.

VET transcripts can be used:

  • as a credit transfer or to demonstrate pre-requisites for further training
  • as a backup if original documentation is lost and can't be replaced
  • to provide qualifications to employers and licensing bodies
  • to reduce retraining resulting from lost credentials.

You must have an activated USI account to access your VET transcript. Activating your USI account means you have set up your password and security questions after someone else has created a USI for you.
