Find your USI

If you have undertaken any national recognised training since 2015, you may already have a USI.

You only need one USI, so don't create another one - check if you already have one first.

  1. Visit the Student Portal.
  2. Agree to the terms and conditions and select 'Next'.
  3. Select 'Forgotten USI'.
  4. Select one of the following identification options to find your USI:
    • email address
    • mobile number
    • personal details and security question answers
    • personal details and an identification document.
  5. Ensure the details entered match the information on your USI account.

Once verified, we’ll send you your USI.
