Organisation Portal troubleshooting

If you are unable to login through our Organisation Portal, check:

  • your authorisations are still current and active in Relationship Authorisation Manager (RAM)
  • Department of Employment and Workplace Relations is selected in Agency Access.

For further assistance, contact the RAM support line on 1300 287 539 (select option 3, then option 1 for RAM enquiries).

Training and Education providers using a Student Management System (SMS) should refer to your system developer in the first instance, if you are experiencing issues connecting through your SMS.
