Organisation Portal troubleshooting

If you are unable to login through our Organisation Portal, check:

your authorisations are still current and active in Relationship Authorisation Manager (RAM)
Department of Employment and Workplace Relations is selected in Agency Access.

For further assistance, contact the RAM support line on 1300 287 539 (select option 3, then option 1 for RAM enquiries).

Training and Education providers using a Student Management System (SMS) should refer to your system developer in the first instance, if you are experiencing issues connecting through your SMS.
